So we're two (this up under side of Earth I mean) and some time, under the big Domino effect, I hope, we'll be more.
It seems <a href="http://www.helterskelterbooks.com/item.asp?id=718" rel="nofollow">"Day of Triffids, Long night of David McComb"</a>, Bleddyn Butcher's book publication will take place on 2008 spring. ("Love of Will", the solo effort from David McComb gets an high "find it, buy it" recommendation from me)

Bravo ZB (as ever) - I thought no-one else had heard of the Triffids.

Stand out track though - James Carr. Unquestionably the definitive version.

I missed my chance to offer Shellac's Prayer to God. Also Presley's His Latest Flame. The list goes on.

Mr Thrub ... you are only fooling yourself. I know what you are thinking. One mention of Dolly and your hands immediately start rubbing the fronts of your thighs. Don\'t deny it. Love, Mr Letch.

Ah yes, feeling much better. Sorry for the uber long and intense opener, but hey, rage shouldn't be kept bottled up.

Dearest Crash, back in the mists of time there was a sung intro podcast, and it was good. Nay, great. So I second that emotion!!

Dearest Tim, Dolly's best assets are her voice and her "hair." Keep the rest, Mr Letch...

Dear Anna, now there's a thought! Methinks you're spot on. And apologies for stealing your song... :(

Dear Dirk, you're living proof that the early bird gets the... er... um... song. Or something. And again, a faaaaabulous choice!!

Or a spoken word songs podcast with sung intros. Lots of kevin rowland potential there.

I love juliana hatfield too, ever since hearing her on the Reality Bites soundtrack.
