Aahhhh, one of my favorite Police songs AND one of the best YLT songs AND T REX all in the same podcast! Truly…sublime…thank you CP’ers!

Excellent Podcast! I wanted to contribute this time out but I was so wrapped up wrapping up the holidays I didn’t get around to it–thanks FiL for suggesting Ash, which is what I was going to choose! I’m glad no one opted for an easy out like Bowie’s “Life On Mars?” but secretly I wish that The B-52’s “Planet Claire” had made it. Ah well, job well done, all!

what can i say–this podcast is out of this world! (oh, i know, that’s really terrible, isn’t it?) but it’s true. i think this may be the best one yet. everyone’s choices and intros are exceptional. what clever people you all are!

I forgot to add in my intro that I also chose that song because, hey, how fun is it to hear “Uranus” in a song?

hey nat–you and i are the only women in this podcast! come on ladies, we need more representation. don’t let the guys have all the fun.

and yes indeedy, uranus is a fun word. i hate when people get all uppity and pronounce it URanus. : )

Very much enjoying these Tim!

I’ve been listening for a while now and hope to contribute when I hear a topic that I can go “Aha!” to.

Thanks for widening my horizons. :D

I just got caught up with school and completly missed sending something in for this one. I probably would have done Alpha Century from At the Drive In.

It’s amazing how many songs are both here and on the outer space show that I made for my show. Maybe some people read my mind?

Nice show, i especially liked Sun ra and 2 Skinnee J’s !!

Ash took me back a few years, Fil, your into’s are always so good, you make me wanna try harder..hee hee

I totally forgot about that Flaming lips tune - vein of stars, ah well, next time.

Peace
R
xx

Fil, you still da man for intros. I’m esp enjoying the larger roles for Mrs. Fil.

Nat, as for the fun of Uranus, let’s face it, it’s not only fun to hear Uranus in a song, it’s also fun to hear Uranus any time. It’s even fun just to say Uranus for no good reason. Uranus, Uranus, Uranus! See?

I have to agree. I’m always anticipating the intros…especially Fil and Tim’s.
*Snark* Uranus. Tom, this was a very creative theme, I must say. Thanks for the awesome podcast everyone! Moonbabies is my personal fave. :)
