Mentok, you ROCK! Love that Python! I had that “Contractual Obligation” record until my ex swiped it in the divorce. BAAAAH!

This was by far better than I expected it would be.
Marcy’s pick was awesome as was FiL’s but I think the cake goes to Mentok, freaking awesome pick Mentok!
Great job all around!

Oh dear, I think i might of missed the point with NWA, should of gone with something abit more saucyer.
I loved that Zappa song, great !!
Other highlights for me included
Gert Wilden, Monty Python,Kiss and Tenacious D.

…but of course I laughed out loud at Waffle’s intro. I think I would have submitted the same Tenacious D song had I the time. The Billy Bragg song makes me squirmy for obvious reasons. LOL. Very creative theme! Thanks Tristesse!

dang, nat, i forgot all about zappa! my personal fave is bobby brown, but dinah comes in a close second. and mr. bungle–simply classic. oh matt, love the intro, but that song . . . ugh! fil, omg, “mild mannered musical pimp? sapphic artistes?” you’ve outdone yourself once again.
oh, man, now i’m off to wash my hands . . . : )

I’ve just returned from four days in Sin City, i.e. Las Vegas, and I’m so glad I have this podcast to ease me back into the wholesome, Vancouver lifestyle. I think I’d go into shock if there wasn’t something to help me transistion from gambling, gluttony, and girls to matcha tea lattes, yoga, and clean Pacific air.
Dearest Mentok, it does my heart good to see you put “Sit On My Face” on the playlist. I’m given to singing that song at top volume in highly inappropriate places…
Taylor, oh my, I can’t WAIT to hear that Kiss magic. What a splendid CP debut!!
Yours in smut,
FiL

Hooray for Pythons - I nearly played the Medical Love song from the same album. I recommend listening to this through headphones whilst in company, on a train say, and happily catching people’s eyes. Especially during ZBs contribution. Or maybe that’s just me. And Fil, we always known your middle name is ‘th’.

thanks, FiL!
I don’t think I could pick a favorite… everyone made really wonderful choices.
By Taylor on 02.02.07 5:28 pm
I finally finished the podcast. I was lingering over the smut…
Dearest Nats, oh my!! You have shocked me with your risque intro!!
And Dear Ross, are you still in Compton, or out again? I lost track…
Thank you all for a most depraved week. Cigarette, anyone??
Mon cher zb, I had no idea the 101 Strings could be so passionate. I will never listen to elevator muzak the same way again.
