195 Festive Fifty 2009 (part 2)

Middle children often aren’t the biggest and strongest. They aren’t the babies who get away with murder. They aren’t really anything special, at least in their own minds. Sometimes they feel invisible. But this couldn’t be further from the truth for the middle child of this year’s festive fifty. It knows just who it is and is going to thrill your earholes with a delightful selection of musical joy. So there.

Its Xmas Eve and not long now till Santa brings great presents to folk the world over.
But think about it…..Santa does that one day a year and gets all sorts of praise. Our Tim does it every week….so he works at least 52 times as hard as the fat bloke in the red suit.
Merry Xmas Tim and also to Agnes and the little ‘un. Thanks for all you do for the CP nation.

Merry Christmas, indeed!! Or Happy Days Off to all my fellow atheists, ;-p and yes, this is always the site of presents beyond our expectations. I’m happily hearing some great songs that I’ve passed up as being “all too much hyped” being the snob that I am, haha! So thanks guys! xoxo

oh my, that avett brothers song is beautiful.
i was just going to point out that i’ve actually seen a good number of the bands in this podcast, which is very unusual! i’ve seen neko case, bell x1, black joe lewis and the honeybears, flight of the conchords and emily haines of metric.
